All the new office furniture products that we sell, are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. All request for returns must be submitted to our customer service team. Once we receive this request, we will provide the specific instructions to return the product. For most products, there is a 20% restocking fee. For all items that included free shipping, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs incurred by Cube King. In addition, each manufacturer may have certain return policies that need to be followed. A Cube King representative can provide you with these details by manufacturer. All returns must be in the original packaging and assembled merchandise cannot be accepted. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Once the product is received by the manufacturer and notification has been made to Cube King, we will promptly refund your credit card.
