For most all of our new products, we include free standard shipping. There are a few exceptions that are noted in the descriptions of the products that do not include free shipping.

Our standard delivery includes ground floor delivery of the items to your delivery address.

We can provide inside delivery for an additional fee. Please contact a Cube King customer service representative to discuss your specific needs, and we will offer a solution.

In order for Cube King to offer the best prices, we have established special arrangements with office furniture manufacturer's to ship the new office furniture direct from their warehouse to you.

What is the new office furniture warranty?

We offer quality office products from leading office furniture manufacturers. All the new office furniture products that we sell, are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

What is your return policy?

All request for returns must be submitted to our customer service team. Once we receive this request, we will provide the specific instructions to return the product. For most products, there is a 20% restocking fee. For all items that included free shipping, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs incurred by Cube King. In addition, each manufacturer may have certain return policies that need to be followed. A Cube King representative can provide you with these details by manufacturer.  All returns must be in the original packaging and assembled merchandise cannot be accepted. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Once the product is received by the manufacturer and notification has been made to Cube King, we will promptly refund your credit card.
